Dragon Ball Super Fanfiction | Ultra Vegito Story

The wind swirled around a rocky plateau, high above the world, where the air crackled faintly with energy. A lone figure stood grounded below, arms folded and eyes narrowed, as a blur of motion darted through the sky. It was a blur only to most eyes — but not his.

Up above, Goku moved like lightning in his Mastered Ultra Instinct form, his silver hair shimmering under the afternoon sun. His every step, every shift, every twist of his body created shockwaves that echoed in the sky.

“How’s this for speed, Vegeta?” Goku called down with a teasing grin, effortlessly weaving through the air. “Still think your Ultra Ego can match this?”

Below, Vegeta stood firm, not even flinching. His deep scowl said more than words ever could.

“This is what you call fast?” he shot back, unimpressed. “I’m in base form, and I can still see your movements. Stop playing around. Beerus is watching, you know.”

A few yards away, sprawled lazily on a floating rock like it was his personal couch, the God of Destruction — Beerus — lay with one leg draped over the other, arms behind his head, a calm but entertained smile on his face.

Hmm, Beerus thought silently, observing Goku’s near-perfect form in motion. This Saiynn really has come a long way. These movements… they almost remind me of a younger Whees.

Vegeta clenched his jaw, catching the soft smirk on Beerus’s face. He turned to him, annoyed.

“What’s with the smile?” Vegeta snapped. “Don’t tell me you’re actually impressed with this clown. Even Yamcha could use super speed if he tried hard enough. He’s hogging the limelight, as usual. Once he’s done flailing around, I’ll show you real speed.”

But Beerus didn’t respond. He just kept watching Goku with that same content look.

Vegeta’s eyebrow twitched.

“You’re supposed to be my master, you goddamn cat!” he barked, stepping closer. “Yet you haven’t taught me a thing since I reached this new form! Some teacher you are, Beerus. I bet the only reason you stopped training me is because you’re afraid I’ll surpass you.”

His glare shifted skyward again, locking on Goku’s glowing form.

“HEY, KAKAROT!” he yelled. “Time’s up! Calm down and let me show you the real results of training — if you can even call what you’re doing that!”

Beerus’s ear twitched. Finally, he sat up, his golden eyes opening slowly.

“So… you think I’ve been slacking with training?” he said, his voice calm but laced with a bite. “And the reason’s because I’m worried you’ll somehow surpass me?”

He stood now, stretching his arms behind his back. “Make me laugh, Vegeta. You’re no more a threat to me than your father was.”

Vegeta stiffened, a bead of sweat sliding down his temple.

Beerus’s smirk turned sharper as he took a step forward, energy flickering faintly around his form.

“Fine,” he said. “I was starting to get pins and needles from lying around anyway. I could use a warm-up. Forget this pointless training exercise — the real training starts now, courtesy of your friendly neighborhood God of Destruction.”

He cracked his knuckles. “Bring that other Saiynn down. It’s time I remind you both just how far the gap still is.”

Vegeta swallowed hard and called up without hesitation.

“Kakarot! Calm down! Plans have changed — Beerus wants to train us personally! And for some reason, that includes you.”

From above, Goku paused mid-flight, blinking in surprise.

“Huh? Beerus wants to train us?” he said, puzzled. “Wouldn’t that be like… cheating on Whees? Huh. That’s weird — he’s never offered to train us before.”

Looking down, he saw Beerus standing now, no longer lounging lazily. Goku’s eyes widened.

“Oh wow. Vegeta wasn’t kidding. I haven’t seen Beerus this fired up since we fought on Earth!”

Then a spark lit behind his grin.

“Wait a sec… maybe he wants a rematch,” Goku muttered to himself. “I almost had him before. Maybe… maybe with Ultra Instinct, I can actually win this time!”

Excited, he rocketed downward, landing beside Vegeta with a gust of wind.

“So, what’d you want to do, Beerus?” Goku asked, eyes gleaming with energy. “Training doesn’t make much sense now that me and Vegeta have gone down different paths… unless you’ve mastered Ultra Instinct too.”

He tilted his head. “My guess? You wanna fight one of us. If that’s the case, I’m going first!”

“IN YOUR DREAMS, KAKAROT!” Vegeta immediately barked. “Number one — you already had your shot and failed. Number two — I’ve been standing here for half an hour watching you flail around like a headless chicken. It’s my turn now!”

Beerus’s tail flicked behind him, mildly annoyed.

“You two Saiynns really have gotten too big for your boots,” he said coolly. “Neither one of you could hold a candle to me as you are now. I’m not interested in fighting either of you.”

He stepped forward, looking down at them with a calculating gaze.

“But there is someone I’d like to fight… the Saiynn who defeated the one called Broly. Whees tells me his power could actually pose a challenge.”

Goku and Vegeta both froze, eyes widening.

“And I’m told… he’s a fusion of you two fools,” Beerus finished with a grin. “So go ahead. Do your silly dance. I’m waiting.”

Goku’s face lit up with excitement. “WHOA! Awesome idea!”

But Vegeta’s jaw dropped.

“You… you can’t be serious!” he growled. “Why not just fight us both at the same time?! I’m not joining with that clown again! I promised myself I wouldn’t!”

“Man, Beerus,” Goku laughed. “You must be insanely strong if you think you can handle Gogeta. This is gonna be awesome. Imagine it — Ultra Ego and Ultra Instinct combined!”

Beerus gave a knowing smile. “Yes… imagine that.”

Then, with a yawn and stretch, he added, “I should say — this offer has a time limit. You have five minutes to turn into this Gogeta before I go back to sleep.”

He waved a hand casually.

“Hurry now. Time’s ticking.”

“Alright, you heard him, Vegeta!” Goku called quickly, flying into position. “Let’s start the dance! I’ll be on the left, and you can—”

“FORGET IT, KAKAROT!” Vegeta snapped. “I’m a man of my word. There’s no way in hell I’m joining with you for something like this! To save the world? Sure. But for training? No thanks. I prefer training by myself anyway.”

Goku stood with a hopeful grin stretched wide across his face. His eyes sparkled with excitement, his palms clasped together like a child begging for candy.

“Please, Vegeta,” he said, practically bouncing on his heels. “Just one more time! I promise — next time we fight a bad guy, we won’t even need to fuse. Now that you’ve got Ultra Ego… c’mon. Just one last time?”

Vegeta narrowed his eyes. “You say that every time, you clown.”

There was a tense pause. His eyes flicked up toward Beerus, then back at Goku. With a groan of reluctant acceptance, Vegeta shut his eyes and let out a low sigh.

“Fine,” he muttered. “I’ll do this… only so I can see that damn Beerus beaten.”

The rocky ground beneath his feet trembled as his energy surged. Darkness wrapped around him like a flame — eerie and deep, rising from his body in twisting waves. In a flash of violet light, Vegeta’s form shifted. His Ultra Ego had returned.

“That’s the way,” Goku said with a grin. “Thanks, Vegeta. I owe you one.”

From the side, Beerus arched a brow and observed quietly. “Interesting… so they’ve finally come to an agreement.”

Without wasting another moment, the two Saiynns faced each other and nodded in sync. They stepped back and began the familiar, precise motions of the Metamoran fusion dance.

“FU…SION…HA!”

Their fingers touched. A radiant light exploded outward, blinding the surrounding space. Two mighty warriors became one.

The result stood tall — a fusion unlike any seen before. Hair pure white, spiked high into the air, glimmering with energy. His aura radiated both silver and dark purple, swirling together like a storm, and small white horns floated within it, circling his form like orbiting moons.

He cracked his knuckles, his confident smirk already locked in place.

“Let’s get this started then, Beerus,” he said, his voice a perfect blend of Goku and Vegeta’s. “I haven’t got love for wasting time.”

He dipped into a battle stance, his eyes locked on the God of Destruction.

“You can’t imagine how long I’ve been waiting for this day. We never fused back when you first came to Earth. Maybe things would’ve turned out different if we had. But now? Now, we’ll finally put that idea to rest.”

He smirked.

“Prepare yourself for the strongest Saiynn in the universe — Ultra Gogeta.”

Beerus didn’t flinch. His expression was cold, flat, almost bored.

“Turned out different?” he repeated, his voice low. “Quit blabbering nonsense… and fight me. Didn’t you just say you haven’t got much time? Don’t disappoint me, mortal.”

“Oh, I won’t.”

Before the sentence even finished, Gogeta vanished.

In the blink of an eye, he appeared in front of Beerus, foot already extended. The kick connected — fast, fierce, and heavy — pushing the god back several yards. Beerus managed to block just in time, but the force still made him wince.

As Beerus steadied himself, Gogeta was already there again, face-to-face, a smug grin on his lips.

“Don’t tell me that little kick hurt you, Lord Beerus,” he said. “Would be a bit embarrassing, don’t you think? Your own two students showing you up like that.”

Beerus’s brow twitched.

“You two have definitely forgotten who you’re talking to,” he growled, his aura flickering.

“I guess it’s time you rats remembered what it means to challenge a god. Come here and—”

He didn’t get to finish. A right hook smashed across his face before he could finish the sentence — swift, clean, precise. It left a sting, and behind the punch was Gogeta again, still wearing that grin.

“You told me to come here,” he taunted. “Well, here I am. What did you want to say… little kitty cat?”

He chuckled low.

“You disappoint me, Beerus. This is way too easy. Don’t think you’ll be training me anytime soon — maybe the other way around.”

Beerus’s patience finally snapped.

“This insolence!” he roared. “You’ll both pay! Who do you think you’re talking to?!”

In a blur, Beerus lashed out. His hand shot forward, gripping Gogeta’s wrist tight.

“You got too cocky,” he said darkly, his voice lower than before. “Landing a few weak hits on me doesn’t win you a fight against a deity.”

His energy surged.

“Now your end has come. It’s time you found out why they call me the strongest God of Destruction in history.”

A storm of power erupted around him — thick, dark, heavy with divine pressure. The air bent, warping from the weight of it.

“What’s happening?” Gogeta gasped, stepping back as he struggled against the growing force. “This pressure… it’s overwhelming!”

His eyes widened. Beerus’s power didn’t stop climbing — it kept rising, like a mountain being pulled from the earth.

“No way,” Gogeta muttered, voice shaken. “Since when did Beerus have this much power? Was he… always holding back?”

The sky crackled violently. Purple-black lightning coiled around Beerus as he stepped forward, his full power now released. It was raw. Terrifying.

So this is the strength of a true God of Destruction…

Beerus’s smirk returned.

“Now… let the real fight begin,” he declared. “Show me what the combined power of two Saiynns trained by both gods and angels is all about. Be honored — you’re only the second since Quitella to see this form.”

Gogeta’s smirk had vanished. This time, his face was serious. He took a breath, then sank back into his stance.

Beerus… just when will we finally surpass you? I have to finish this… and finish this now.

His aura flared, blazing outward like a wildfire.

“One final attack… let’s go!”

He launched forward at full power, a ball of vicious, pulsing energy already swirling in his fist. On the other side, Beerus mirrored the move, gathering a massive sphere of dark Hakai energy, heavy and unstable with destruction.

“Yes…” Beerus murmured. “Finally. The challenge I’ve been waiting for all these years. Finally, my time has come!”

With a roar, both warriors charged, their fists pulled back. In an instant, they clashed.

The world erupted.

The explosion was enormous — a flash of light so powerful, it could be seen from orbit. The entire planet quaked under its might.

But just as the impact struck, something unexpected happened.

The energy overwhelmed them. In the heat of that unfathomable power, Gogeta’s form split apart.

“Huh—what the—?!” Goku stumbled back, wide-eyed, reappearing beside Vegeta midair.

The fusion was undone.

Beerus blinked, stunned, his fist still glowing.

Meanwhile, Goku scratched the back of his head, sheepish.

“Oh yeah… I forgot to mention,” he said awkwardly. “The stronger we are — and the more power we use — the less time we stay fused as Gogeta. Guess we’ll have to try that one again. Sorry, Lord Beerus…”

Vegeta growled, brushing dust from his armor.

“I’m not doing that again, clown.”

Beerus stood in silence, blinking slowly. His tail twitched once.

“…You…”

His voice echoed with frustration, his aura pulsing in waves of fury.

“Hakai!”
